The 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Valedictory Programme of ''Swachhta Hi Sewa'' Pakhwada was celebrated at ICAR-Central Institute for Women in Agriculture (ICAR-CIWA), Bhubaneswar on 2nd October, 2018. The celebration started with unveiling of logo of 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, which was followed by the inaugural address by Dr. S. K. Srivastava, Director, ICAR-CIWA. The consolidated report on the celebration of Swachhta Hi Sewa pakhwada was presented by Dr. J. Charles Jeeva, Nodal Officer, which was followed by distribution of prizes to the winners of various competitions, and felicitation of housekeeping staff. A Sharam Dann by all the staff members, including contractual staff was also carried out in the residential premises of ICAR-CIWA.
