The programme was presided over by Dr. S.K. Srivastava, Director, ICAR-CIWA. Dr. Ranjitha Puskur, Gender Research Programme Leader from International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) chaired the technical session. During the technical session, the progress under the project was presented by the Grantees viz., Balasore Social Service Society (BSSS), Society for Women Action Development (SWAD) and PRAGATI, which was followed by getting feedback and discussion of the grantees with the IRRI and CIWA team. Monitoring and learning framework, and the methods and tools for monitoring and learning were discussed. The workshop ended with the finalization of future course of action.
